Those red bags of
andes peppermint crunch chips were sure hard to find! We looked in three different stores around town on a busy Sunday afternoon before giving up the search. Monday I was determined to find some. Finally found them in a
Cost Plus World Market 15 miles from me. The one closer was sold out! Last night I made peppermint crunch popcorn with them. So yummy. I made two batches. One with peanuts, pretzels and m&ms and another batch with just m&ms so our housemate could enjoy some peppermint popcorn. She has a disability called
cerebral palsy and can't chew nuts very well.
